Lady Alessandra,

Delivered laws and ordinances must be delivered and acknowledges to the cities and territories within the Armunn Empire's rule. To show and receive proper respect, I feel this should be done in person by our ambassador, namely, yourself.
Our librarian can show you to the needed tomes and manuscripts that you will need on our laws concerning citizens. It will be on the shelf marked "Written Laws of the Land" and 3 books hold our main laws. They are, "Dark Order Laws", "Our Two Classes: Division of People", and "Children and the D|O, More Defined".

I am aware of the possibilty that some minor laws may need adjustments depending on the area and it's people. After delivering copies of the laws to each territory's leader, please speak with them and find out any concerns or changes that they wish to make and bring the more reasonable requests to my attention.
