Your official decree was made known to me this morning. Let me inform you of something since it seems that your new position of power has gotten to your head.

You and this Protectorate have no claim nor control nor power in the lands of Felucca. The Empire is the ONLY form of order and power within these chaotic lands. I need not even bother to give you even an inkling of reasons defending our actions for either way I would not care. If you choose to interfere or not, it will end up the same way regardless.

Any actions done by you and this new Alliance will only cause people that are already suffering for years and years from thieves, murderers, bandits, and lawlessness in general to suffer more. All you will end up doing is stopping the people of Felucca from getting the ruler ship and protection needed from the harsh lands that most if not all of your alliance members do not even live in nor experience.

It is easy for one to speak being in a comfy... palace is it ... in Nejelm in the lands of Trammel where most of these hardships are not felt by the people.

As far as the crimes go, do as you wish if it will make you or others sleep better at night.

In a rare display of momentary bravery you seem to have finally responded to a letter, missive or decree from a male. You have my esteemed congratulations, it seems you may be shedding the cowardice that seems to be a trademark of your newly forged empire...the attacking of innocent civilians in unprotected cities and the victimization of females with no armies to defend them such as Duchess Starfire.

You will find I am not Rufus, Lia, Porthos or Ramses. Should you violate my -command- that you take no further military action I will do everything in my power to rally every able bodied man, woman and elf in in Protectorate controlled territories and shatter your empire. I will see you strung up for public execution along side your wretched little daughter and the traitors to justice you harbor in your ranks.

Indeed, we have no claim to any of the lands you have moved on. But, this does not mean that we will do nothing as you persecute and harm innocents simply because they are not under our sphere of control. Injustice, chaos and evil shall be stamped out no matter where it is they are found, regardless of who it is those innocents may or may not serve.

Watch your words carefully coward, it is you who have grown arrogant in the putting down of militias and the slaughtering of children and old men.

Adrien,

You must be mistaken. Cowardice? I am not the one sitting behind people in luxury dinning on fine wine while trying to govern people that not only don't know that he even exists or alliance members that have long forgotten or care about the people in Felucca.

In regards to Starfire, you said one important thing. No armies to defend. How is that befitting of the people that look to her for protection? Without an army how is it that she can promise them protection against that which is out there in Felucca? She can't. The Empire's army can. We bring about Order here. Not some bureaucrat that can speak fancy words and yet cannot even kill a mongbat in a fight.

I am that powerful leader that have vanquished many enemies. I have countless times defeated many, especially those that are now flocking to you for unity in your alliance. The Empire has power embodied in it's very nature. I do not hide, nor did I ever. And you will if you continue this path find out how truly difficult it is to kill me. If Oblivion itself had a hard time I doubt a few fools would be able to come close.
