To all my friends and allies, I thank you for your offer of help against the Dark Order. However, Oggaroth has altered my options. His relentless assault on the peasants and refugees as well as my own family, has shown me that I must accept the rule of the Dark Order, at least for now. I will try to relay information if at all possible, and I think I can count on Ditto for help. But those of you who know her, understand she is a bit flighty. At any rate, it is with heavy heart I make this choice but make it I must. Mazewood is a quiet hamlet not a fort and is open and easy prey to Tarothin and the Dark Order. I will understand if you find it hard to accept my position but I hope you will forgive me.
