After Oggaroth's visit, Starfire knew she had no choice. He had slaughtered two refugees in the blink of an eye. And threatened to kill more. And he had taken her cousin, blind and helpless. He had dragged her off and she suffered who knows what. Ivory was not yet talking about it. Starfire could not allow these attacks to continue, no matter the cost to her. They all looked to her for protection and she only had one way to ensure it. She would accept the rule of the Dark Order. It was not what she wanted but it was what she must do. Her friends and allies had their own manses and domains to worry over. Perhaps..... just perhaps this would buy them time and...... A budding idea occured to her. Just perhaps, she could provide information to help the others. It was not much consolation but, she looked at the decapitated peasant again, she had no options. With a heavy sigh, she sat down to write out her messages.
