While we have not met formally, I suspect whispers of my name as well as what has come to be by my efforts and those of my allies may have reached you.

I know that perhaps it may seem to be an ill-intentioned jab at what it is you yourself represent, or an act of sedition.

That being said, I wish to speak with you on these matters and will happily make the journey to your Barony to do so.

Having read the letter, and after some thought, the Baron penned a reply and sent it via his personal courier.

Lord Garnier,

I am always willing to entertain dignitaries at my home with a view toward improving relationships between governments, or solving difficulties that separate them, specifically those that concern the Regency. That is my assigned work, but I do delight in it.

I have received word of your organization, but have not fully understood its intent nor other details regarding it. I am sure you could settle such matters quite easily, as they are definitely on my mind. However I have not concluded anything yet, much less a charge of sedition, against you or it.

You are welcome to visit me at any time. All you need do is send word a few hours in advance of your coming. Bring with you a companion if you desire. If you come in the evening, we will have a grand dinner prepared for you.
