With quill and papyrus, the Archon penned a message that included a warrant for the troublesome drow.

To my allies and friends,

I am writing to address an urgent matter. There is now a very dangerous prisoner at large, who has escaped prison. I am including the needed warrants for her arrest and a description for your review. Thank you for your cooperation.

City of Papua:

To any peace officer of the realm: Complaint upon oath having been brought before me that the crimes of murder, assault and escape has been committed, and accusing Vaskiira Noquana of the same, you are hereby commanded forthwith to arrest and bring that person before me.

She summoned a scribe and gave him explicit instructions to make copies of all the papers and deliver them to all the loyalists and Lord Malic M'real-SKyfire in the land of Sanctus. He bowed and left the office to complete his task.

I am sure that you're escapee will come to me as she did before. She has a special want to harm myself and my loved ones. I will hold her again if she is spotted.

I am happy to see you responded so quickly and am grateful for your aid in this matter. I prey she causes no harm to yourself or those close to you as now we share concern for some of those individuals. That would be a dire mistake on her part should that occur and the punishment severe.
