M'Lady,

I am not sure of your title, but please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Thomas, and I am on a quest. In the performance of my mission, I had opportunity to visit the City of Umbra. Whilst at the swill, I had overheard your name, and it was remarked that you were a person held in high regard in the city. I am not sure whether it was out of fear or respect, but twas reverance all the same.

At some point, when convenient for yourself, I might hope to meet so that we might discuss my mission. It is a personal quest, and I am not affiliated with any nation or society other than the pursuit of Truth and the path of virtues. As a scholar, I have studied many forms of magics, and am a scribe by trade. I felt comfortable in your city, and hope to learn more of it's history from you.

Sincerely,

Thomas Hunter, Heralds of Truth (HOT!)

Greetings Lord Hunter,

Your surname does not suggest the family line of a scholar. I find interesting that you have chosen such a placid path of study. Likewise, I find it interesting that people still spend worthwhile time at the Skeleton Swill. The Den is just outside of the city proper and can cater to more capacity.

Perhaps we can meet there and discuss your mission at some point in the near future? While your pursuit of the path of Virtue causes me to become as giddy as a jester, I honestly have great respect for the pursuit of truth. I can recant much of Umbra's history with you. Simply give me a time and date to expect you, and I shall have someone notify me of your arrival.

In The Truth Of Darkness,

Ceinwyn ab'Arawn
Matriarch of Umbra
