The initial battle had not gone towards his liking and his scouts were all punished for their failure at not being able to report the full of the situation that laid ahead for them.

They were only expecting but a handful of peasant militia, but what had greeted them behind many barricades was a large mass of people. Soldiers mixed in with militia.

They have gathered many allies to their cause after all...

If he had known that he would have pulled more of his soldiers off of patrol and guard duty in the other towns to have come with them. The rabble had turned into much more with good defenses.

Now Tarothin and his troops along with Isk's and his were gathered together once again preparing to attack once more. This time using all the caution that the warlord knew from countless battles past.

No longer will he underestimate.

We are to lay siege on Minoc. Destroy those barricades and kill all that resist.
