The matron mother had made her orders clear enough, Dinaxle was to go to Magincia, find the humanist Isk, negotiate the release of her own and return. Upon arrival, he had seen that the Magnate had seen fit to cripple the drow by breaking his legs, making his service to Lloth impossible.
After exchanging a few words with the humanist, Dinaxle carefully hiding his rage, he drug his fellow drow out in the street and did the most logical thing. As he drew his dagger, Dinaxle frowned at his comrade and calmly stated, "You have rendered yourself useless E'gnad." The drow, sensing his end was near, covered his eyes as the dagger pierced his skin, finding it's way through his chest and to his little heart. A few gasps of blood soaked breath and it was done, much to the horror of onlookers.
"You kill your own?" Isk mused.
"Only when they can't follow." Denaxle replied as he walked off.
The matron mother will be enraged when I tell her of how the humanist has killed you E'gnad. Maybe you will be usefull afterall. His thoughts brought a wry grin to Dinaxle'lin's darkend face.
