I think it'd be awesome if the city of Greed wasn't saved, because of the Greed of Atlantic all wanting a piece of the rubble.

Keep in mind, for this to work everyone needs to agree to it or specific times need to be set for pvp. Why? Because otherwise it can seem like griefing to those unaware of what is happening.
