We decided to ask a 10,000 dollar registration for these events to give people something to fight for, along with a cup and a points standing, that will grow throuout a season. The split was decided to be 70% to the winner, 15% precent to second, 10% to security, and 5% split between myself and my partner Capt'n Fryd. We do not intend to get rich, mearly show a proffit to establish a legitamit RP buisness. Feal free to state your opinions.

I am thinking it was more about the night you picked...Saturday night is party night for a lot of people. Work night for me, but a lot of people are not around on Saturdays for various reasons.

I think the 10,000 is fine. Perhaps if you rolled with that sponsor idea, and had guilds or groups donate 100-200k or so in return for a commercial pitch, or advertisement during the event. That way the fee could be eliminated at the cost of some commercial time and exposure.

CRAP! When I voted it was 7 no, 1 yes. I vote no, but tapped the yes option. The total so far should be 8 no, 1 yes. I voted no, because if I were fighting instead of hosting, I could easily spend 15 minutes in a dungeon to pay for the registration, and would stand a chance to win 7,000 or 1,500 from everyone registered, points, and the most prestigious award in all of Britania!
