In light of the surge of difficulties a number of us are having with people's posts, let me suggest that it would be best to avoid adding insult to injury by responding to flames/posts that are offensive, simply ICQ myself or another moderator, we will review it as quickly as possible take the required steps to deal with it.
On a side note, if we lock or remove a thread...please do not restart it in a new topic.

My question then would be:
How do we deal with things done IC that would affect us ICly?
Taro and I started a new IC post, not to flame, but to deal with it in an IC fashion. Is this considered improper? Does it fall under what you are saying, or is it exempt?
How can one post flyers everywhere and expect no response?
I'm trying to fully understand what you are saying. |

Trust me, it wasn't a flame at all. It was soley IC only.
I've been out of the game for close to three years and really really have no beef with anyone or what they do. I really don't care and will ignore any ooc drama, period. I've totally wiped the slate clean. (thanks to the long break and my wonderful fiancee making me really really happy in life. And yes, the same girl I was with prior to leaving )
As Ceinwyn stated. This was a IC response only of how Tarothin is or how the Dark Order is.
Sorry peeps. He's evil. Pure evil. Take it how it is or dont. Not my problem. It's not going to effect or never has, how I roleplay Tarothin. I keep things IC only.
Wasn't a flame or even an inkling of a flame. And if someone thought so, they need a break from the game as well.
Just here to have fun and RP.
*edited for grammar and wondering why I'm even bothering to explain myself. lol*
*edited again just to say I agree with what Ceinwyn stated and is asking* |

It's just a courtesy reminder that reposting the same things that got locked once, will get you locked again. And just because a topic is headed down the wrong trail does NOT mean that you need to toss fuel to the fire.
Don't fan the flames, instead, flag down a moderator and we will deal with it. In the world of forums, two wrongs do not make a right. |

Perhaps I shall be more specific...as the the IC post you are all alluding to was not what I was speaking about nor was it about Tarothin and Ceinwyn's recent I.C. posts.
It was a general reminder... |

The great Atlantic lack of clarifications; either not giving them or not seeking them. While it is the latter in this case, with people not seeking clarifications as you said, I am going to continue to preach anyways. |

As I said in the other thread, there is a difference between locking a thread for flames, and locking by request of original poster.
By request of original poster, if the subject still needs clarification and will not degenerate into flames (IE, a mature conversation), then it can be reposted to further clarify the discussion if there is need. The same goes for in character posts, your characters have the right to respond to anything in the IC forum, as long as it doesn't resort to OOC flames.
If a moderator forcefully locks a topic, or posts that the topic specifically cannot be reposted on due to a valid reason (drama, flames, inciting, anything that harms the community), then the subject matter is closed.
We would never expect to limit anyones RP, or options to RP on any medium. _________________ "There are those who dream to escape reality, and there are those who dream to change it." |

We are thinking about creating a committee who will delve into the possibility of potentially considering looking at making a proposal about this subject. |
