Dear Lady,

It has come to my attention that you have violated some laws of the city of Caina.

I have been informed you now hold and threaten the life of an Elf.
Now even though i have had my share of diffrances with that kingdom,
I wish not a Incident between my city and whomever had ties to the Elf in question.

You have also unlawfully 'Imported' A non human into the city.

To rectify this you must do the following,
Return the Elf to his kingdom
And write a formal apolgy to the kingdom.

If you fail or refuse to complie action will be taken upon you, not limted to the burning of your domicile.

Madam,

It seems you are misformed.

We did not "import" the elf to Caina. For that, speak to the Drow.

In truth this matter does not concern you or "your" city, we would be grateful if you did not interfere. Our relationship and business dealings with the elves are our concern, not yours.

I understand and appreciate that a leader has to protect what they percieve to be "thiers". Appreciate as well that we see the Sanctum as a key piece in our organization. Do not mistake it or what goes on within it as being under the umbrella of what is "yours".

We are willing to be allies to you, but we bend knee to no one.

oh but it is mine, and further more your sanctum being upon caina soil

Therefore as long you station yourself within that domicile you are under law and rule of the rulers of Caina, namely the Shadowform, By bringing the elf into caina without consent,permission or otherwise informing a shadowform offical you have violated the law of smuggleing or 'importing' a non human into the city, wether by your hand or not.

I will not have Caina invovled in an international incident, an by your sanctum being upon its ground you have invovled both it and the Shadowform into the frey.

As i see you have made your decision to not comply your luxerys and protection as resident are now forefit.
