The Dark Order has settled it's annoyance with the Magnate Isk and have come to terms with a new understanding.

The Magnate of Magincia, and his Humanis, are hereby permitted safe, tax free, and protected passage throughout all of Dark Order terriitory until further notice.

In additition, ANY messenger bringing words from Magincia, are to be considered as urgent documents and to be delivered personally to myself or Lord Mairsil. Any transgression or delay caused by any messenger is punishable by death.
