LaBelle strolled the thoroughfare leading from the old lands of Stormhaven into the mother city. A smile graced her lips; the newly aquired land and soon to be constructed Hall of Paladins in Trammel pleased her. With two scrolls tucked carefully beneath her waist belt; she listened to the breeze and the sounds of birds. As she neared the city the shouts, and jests of the cities' molesters, salesmen, and miscreants overcame the rustling of leaves and birdsong. Britain was as it had always been. Bustling city of commerce and bedlam, to describe.

The paladin woman moved through the streets towards the athenaeum. Thoughts of the previous Regency assembly and how she had lamented before the loyalists prevalent to her minds wanderings. LaBelle knew her words fell upon a table of vain ears. Her concerns expressly her own. She perceived that her beloved Regency would continue as an assembly of interested parties sharing discourse upon grand plots, and individual agendas, rather than a Government enforcing rule, law, academic, virtuous, civil and social ascent.

As one woman might sequester herself with resignation, from the political arena, this woman would instead press forward. Approaching the considerable depository of publications, LaBelle moved towards a familiar scribe. "Well to see you again good sir," she began as he bowed his head to her, "As your time pleases, I request these scrolls be copied and delivered one each to the cities." LaBelle reached into her waist belt gently removing the furled parchments, placing them along with a satchel of gold into the waiting scribes hands'. "As my Lady wishes." He replied. LaBelle lifted her skirt slightly above her ankles and departed, seeking shelter for the approaching nightfall.

These scrolls slowly circulate, from city upon city until many have seen them; in the hands of laymen, on shelves of libraries, and in the desks of a few nobles can they be found.
