Well after six hours of downloading finally got the new patch out of the way but had a few problems getting it downloaded one time it stopped and gave an error messege..well more then once like three times..the help I need with is to make sure I patched correctly.. on my login screen it says UO Version 6.0.0.0[Patch 47] I just want to make sure this is correct.. one friend of mine said at the end of there 6.0.0.0 they had [Patch 62?] I just want to make sure my patching didnt get scewed up ro soemthing..and just wondering why there patch would be 62 while mine is 47.

you should be able to view the patch in a file I am not sure where though

UO Version 6.0.0.0[Patch 47] is the correct patch number. No idea why theirs was different unless there was some difference with the old 3d client or they were looking at the wrong thing.

You have a "patch" folder in the main directory for UO. open it up and delete anything in there and try downloading again.

When it comes to large patches like this, its always best to remember that there are a heck of a lot of people bogging down the servers to get it.

you may want to try and start the patching late at night or really early in the morning.

also may want to disable any firewalls since traffic back and forth from your machine to the UO servers will cause nothing but stress as it is with out the added love of a firewall.

As stated on the Stratics boards:

BOTH are correct. It depends on the CD you installed from. Older clients (AOS maybe) need much more patches and will thus show a higher patch count than those newer ones (9th AE).
