Living in Southern CA you hear about bank robberies and shootings on the news on a nightly basis almost. You never think that it can happen to you or anyone that you know. Tonight my family celebrates life. As many of you know Merci and I commute to and from work everyday. Today was a bit different as we were both taking half days (slackers are we!). Before picking me up Merci went to the bank and stood in line like every other customer. Just as it was her turn to speak with the teller, the man behind her grabs her and holds a gun to the side of her head demanding money. Thankfully he just wanted the money and not a need or desire to kill.

I think it's a bit ironic how she was telling her oldest daughter, Rosella how precious life is and how little time we have to cherish it and how quickly loved ones that we thought would always be there can senselessly be taken from us. I think everyone needs reminders of this from time to time.

Merci, Aubria I love you and I am so happy you are still here with me in every way, words fail me. So heres to being able to say good morning to you tomorrow, a simple moment that I will be grateful for forevermore.

Truly a horrible thing to have to go through, I am thankful that you were not hurt and that it was not any worse than it was. Though I have known you a long time and we have become close friends, I speak for not only myself, but everyone, when I say that Stonegate, Atlantic, and Ultima itself would not be the same without you.

You are a driving force for us all, and I am grateful that our friendship may continue.

Take care, get some rest, and recover well. It will take more than this to traumatize the great player of Merci D'rue.

I am very grateful this turned out as it had. There is no way to know what else we could have been saying here or what can happen tomorrow. Life really is precious and every moment should be cherished. It is a shame to think that this sort of thing is so rampant, though you never expect it should touch your life.

I am glad nothing too terrible came of this, past the being shaken up and walking away from it at the end of the day.

Really makes you consider a great many things. You're very dear to me Aubria, I am glad you are still among us.

I was happy to see both my families this day, my IRL one and My very important ARPC one.

I love you all and love rp. I am glad that today was a non shooting day. I am glad you guys arent coming out here for a funeral next week.

When I first read what happened I was shocked. Usually bank robberies are just things you hear about in old comic book stories, not something I'd ever imagine someone I know would go through. I am really glad you are alright.

LOL leave it to you to have missing an event as the first thing on your mind lol. You and Ariana, are both a lot alike in that respect. I could see her saying that too lol
