On this day I Rufus Oryan, Governor-Regent of Britannia, do hereby announce my resignation from said position. I entrust my abilities and power in Lady Labelle Decantor as acting Regent in this time, until the loyalist shall convey and bring about a new vassal to act officially as Regent of Britannia. The Group that is the Britannian guard will be commanded by Tai Kwan Leap, until otherwise decided by the Regent and commanding officers established in that term.

I pray that you all will forgive me for the many times I have let you all down, and I cannot have ye all chase my dreams any longer.
