My Lords and Ladies of Darkness…I have come across information most interesting of works within that magical isle of Moonglow. During sessions in which I have been able to grasps spots of wording, and from friends who serve our cause well, I have set a few of those intended events upon this parchment as well as any other things of interest which might prove well to be written.
Now on the eve of darkness, I shall write the most threatening. News of the blade of sacrifice has come through from Noctulis the mage, once thought in search of his leage, now to be seen searching for other orange glowing items… at any rate, tis thought that this blade allows the bearer to overcome and obstacle in their path, yet at the cost of their life wence finished. Such a blade, used against Minax or one of her minions, might prove disastrous. How we play this weakness of that dark lady to our betterment, I shall leave to thine own thoughts.
But, retribution shows… the once owner of that blade has had it stolen from it, and tis believed those who did the deed be no other then them of the Buccaneers Den thieves guild… for in truth, what other thieves operate unless under their jurisdiction? It might prove wise to seek them out and either purchase or take… by more forceful means… which I would nay recommend against such a powerful foe… the blade. With such, those of the forces of light lose another great item to strike at us with, and we a weapon to use most willingly in our aid.
Other news to prevail this night, more so concerned with those at the isle of Moonglow then the world at a whole. Those people of Vesper have sent to the islanders a caravan laden down with armor and weapons to aid in the Moonglow militia, this being a minor note.
Of greater concern is the anger presented by those orcs, which we all know where so greatly mistreated at the festival nay so long ago. These creatures it would seem are negotiating peace with the Moonglow Town Council, and have brought a date in which negotions might be made.
The time and place are not truly known, but are thought to be this coming day at 9:00 (Sunday) at either Moonglow, the house to the South of the Encyclopedia Maginica, or Fogwood.
More information I am afraid I have naught at this time, but I do hope to come with at a later time. Until such takes place my dark brethren, may the moon’s light shine apon ye and decay follow in ye wake…
Tis not signed, but was sealed in black wax bearing the symbol of a flame captured within a circle....perhaps the sender will make himself known.
