The Kingdom of Stormhaven doth take interest in the welfare of the City of skara Brae and her citizenship.

In the name of the virtues and light the Kingdom of Stormhaven doth declare Guardianship of Skara Brae until a rightful council of light can be placed to the lead the township.

As your Dark Council has in the past ... lead the city... it is at this time we thank you for you work in Skara Brae, but find there is no further need for your placement there and request your departure immediately.

The new temporary council and military escort of the kingdom of Stormhaven will reclaim the city within two weeks and if you need an aid in expiditing your departure please let us know.
