Another Age of Darkness has come upon the world as the Virtues of Britainnia seem to be lost from the hearts of its citizens. The Darkness prevails when the Servants of the Light have become false and do not practice what they have proclaimed. She comes to us through waves of relentless attacks of monsters.

Each city is under siege while town guards are oblivious to the cries of many because Minax has cast her spell upon them.

Minax returns to us after her timely departure to an unknown location during the time of Mondain's destruction where she has traveled through the dimensions. She is once the apprentice and lover to Mondain.

She has learned what she could and has left him thinking she has achieved all she could from him. With that, she proclaims her greatness yet still not realizing her true powers. But Minax still fears the others in the realm who are out to destroy her.

Ironically, this is believed by Mondain himself and is perceived as a betrayal to Mondain and his followers.

Mondain have become obsessed in becoming immortal through the use of the Gem of Immortality.

With that gem, he will be able to gain power and is determined to rule over all of Sosaria. In retaliation, the lands of Britannia is bestowed an Avatar to fight the ways of Mondain. While Mondain is consumed in battle with the Avatar, Minax seeks to empower the cause for Mondain even further. Traveling elsewhere in another realm, she has studied and practiced the dark arts. She returns only to find Mondain defeated and herself faced with banishment from the known realm by the Avatar. Beware one and all for she has harnessed the powers of Necromancy.

Monsters obey her commands and the dead becomes the undead who will continue to serve her needs when they are summoned. There will be even more monsters rampaging throughout the lands of Britainnia.

Her powers will grow. Soon she will master the power to travel between alternate plains (the broken shards of other worlds), other dimensions (new lands which seem to mirror one another), and most importantly, Time. In addition, her magics of Necromancy is opposite to that of Arcane. The powers of Necromancy, however, is stronger than the powers of Arcane. But like fire being uncontrollable and overwhelming so can calm, cool waters be brought to a force and smother the rage of fire.

After a time of peace, a deamon emerges. Exodus, the prodigy of Mondain and Minax. Once again, great evil will be confronted with great good. His coming brings the return of the Avatar. The Avatar destroys Exodus. Minax might want to bring him back as well.

Now Minax have found an entrance back into the realm, causing the events of the Great Cataclysm. Soon, many events will erupt as Minax starts to reek her havoc with much more hatred. And she shall want to rule over whatever is left from the devastation.

Nevertheless, Minax controls the darkness and the beasts of the land. The undead has preyed on the living in Skara Brae, several Troll clans terrorizes Vesper and Minoc, Orc bands have raided Yew and Gazers along with headless ones have hunted the good folks who live in Cove are soome of the events Minax has caused. Mysterious shrines and blackened stones are appearing in cities, towns and elsewhere which may be a link to her.

Even Trinsic, the city of many great Paladins is taken under her control. With many denizens of the dark at her side, she has spread her violence about the realm causing many a brave warrior to perish defending our cities and towns. A great battle defiles Trinsic by leaving it with a huge black structure for all to see, ominous in its presence in the aftermath. And even while Trinsic was reclaimed, many still wonders if this is the end of the terror in Trinsic. Or is it just Minax testing her skills to see how her opponents fare? Is she attacking an area that is most feared by her? Does she see this area with the most strength and by drawing the first blood, a way to break the spirits of her enemy? And in striking the towns, she aims to hurt Lord British. Thus, she will be the new ruler of the lands.

Her insatiable hunger for revenge and power grows seeking to cripple all the followers of Lord British and, especially, the Servants of the Light. However, she is also an enemy to some of the Minions of Darkness.

Unbeknownst to her, according to the followers of Mondain, they find her blasphemous and traitorous for, seemingly, having turned against their messiah. Mondain now wishes her dead.

And through his disciples and leader, Mordain, they urgently attempt to fiind Mondain's way back to the realm in order to accomplish his own goals. She is unaware of this as her attention is directed at Lord British and the domination of his people. When the time is right, she will have to learn the truth. A critical time that may cost her dearly, enough time to distract her and weaken her position for the Light to strike. When the passion in her heart for Mondain can be used to break her heart when she learns of his hatred for her. The time to destroy Minax.

We learn of a new land, Trammel, when it is revealed to us caused by this rift between the world we know now. Lord British has known about Minax returning to attack the lands. And, as ever, in hopes to protect his people, Lord British has requested his mages to create magical stones to be placed in all the cities and towns. This creates a bridge to Trammel from the current land of Felucca. Or has these magical stones created the new lands itself? However these stones work, they have porvided a way to a safer place for the citizens to reside in.

The old land of Felucca now lay desolate and bleak, the result of the workings of Minax as she dries up the lands of all its bounty, greedily feeding her needs.

Now we must all come together. The Servants of the Light must now become Warriors of the Light, sworn to defend those who lives in this realm and the Virtues from those who would break them asunder.

The Gold One calls up the Eight Dragon Knights, as prophesized, to battle the new evil that is spreading throughout the land. Let us not be divided with pride, such is the gateway for Darkness to enter.

Let us band together as one shining Light.
