Let it be known that the forces of the Play King and the Regent are conspiring to cause harm to both the ruling body and citizens of Skara Brae Trammel. These dogs of Virtue would see every child of Skara Brae slaughtered to further their own corrupt empire.
They see our benevolent rulers as power mad monsters, yet all citizens of Skara Brae know that to be a typical lie that is uttered in complete ignorance. Under the guidance of Lord Artisem and Lady Darkthorne, the city of Skara Brae Trammel has flourished into a self-sufficient paradise. Crime is no longer a concern to our people. Trade has increased dramatically.
And it has been assured that all citizens have some sort of trade or job so they can better take care of their families.
The Skara Brae Council has met and discussed with what should be done with these villainous dogs who would seek to destroy our way of life.
Effective immediately the city of Skara Brae Trammel has entered into a state of emergency and has issued arrest warrants with rewards on the heads of these criminal beasts who would see you crushed into pulp.

Crime: Conspiracy to commit treason against the ruling body of Skara Brae. Conspiracy to murder citizens of Skara Brae. Attempting to spread the Virtues into Skara Brae.
Reward: The Skara Brae Council is offering a reward of 400,000 crowns for the capture of this criminal. The Council has no preference if he is brought in dead or alive.
Remarks: Regent Stormcrow is the mastermind of all past and present attempts to remove Lord Artisem and Lady Darkthorne from Skara Brae. It matters not how many innocents are killed to assure that this madman can continue to further his control over the realm. He is rarely seen outside of Britain and normally is well guarded.

Reward: The Skara Brae Council is offering a reward of 400,000 crowns for the capture of this criminal. The Council has no preference if he is brought in dead or alive.
Remarks: Aleph Aeirs has a long history of being a trouble maker. He has long ran the group of criminals known as the Heralds of the Awakening. Within the last few months he was appointed Lord Chamberlain in the court of the Play King. Now he is using all of his resources to exterminate and repress those who do not share his views. He also has a long history of causing problems for the independent and noble city of Caina.

Reward: The Skara Brae Council is offering a reward of 300,000 crowns for the capture of this criminal. The Council has no preference if she is brought in dead or alive.
Remarks: She is one of the more well treated dogs of the Regent. Her history with both the city of Wilmeth and the Heralds of the Awakening is long and filled with the suffering of innocents.

Crime: Conspiracy to commit treason against the ruling body of Skara Brae. Conspiracy to murder citizens of Skara Brae. Attempting to spread the Virtues into Skara Brae.
Reward: The Skara Brae Council is offering a reward of 250,000 crowns for the capture of this criminal. The Council has no preference if he is brought in dead or alive.
Remarks: Leader of the Britannian Guard. He is in charge of seeing the Regent's brutal acts of violence carried through. He is considered by the ruling body and the Town Council to be a threat as long as the Regent holds his leash.

Crime: Conspiracy to commit treason against the ruling body of Skara Brae. Conspiracy to murder citizens of Skara Brae. Attempting to spread the Virtues into Skara Brae.
Reward: The Skara Brae Council is offering a reward of 250,000 crowns for the capture of this criminal. The Council has no preference if he is brought in dead or alive.
Remarks: Another one of the Regent's violent dogs. This one is in charge of the order of Paladins that serve the Play King and his Regent. Use extreme caution in dealing with this one.
Let it be known that the above mentioned are considered to be enemies of Skara Brae and all of her children. Should these filthy rats be captured alive then their fate shall be decided within a special court in which Lord Artisem and Lady Darkthorne shall have complete reign over. These are not petty thieves who would simply steal a few coins from a struggling merchant. These are monsters who have no regard for our way of life and culture.
Any citizens of Skara Brae that are found assisting or harboring these criminals in any way shall face public execution and dismemberment.
Should it be seen that these beasts shall resort to a military invasion of Skara Brae then the Council shall call upon all her citizens to defend her. We will show these vile rats that the citizens of Skara Brae will stand for our beloved ways, and that we will never allow them to setup a puppet government of the Regent within our dear city. And let it be known that should the need come then the full forces of the Shadow Conclave shall be summoned by Lord Artisem and Lady Darkthorne to protect our haven of Skara Brae.
Contact your local guardhouse with any information that might lead to the arrests of the above mentioned criminals. Additional arrest warrants are currently being written on other vile dogs that serve the Play King and shall be released within the next few days once they have been completed.
