Title: Support this law

We as a Regency are moving in the wrong direction. There are a great many elves seated at our table and together they could steer this body into ruin. This law which I will propose will help to stop the influx of further elven influence upon the Regency.
My proposed law is as follows:
“From the moment this law is voted in no elves will be allowed to vote if their inclusion will cause an elven voting majority. Elven representatives must decide among themselves who will skip their vote should there be an elf to human imbalance.”
It is my hope that you humans support my law and bring it into fruition.
