Your Honor,

I am giving my disposition for the trial of Dharzhal T'Ar, as I can not be at the trial.

I met the accused and I met both his wife and his daughter on separate occasions. As you know he is accused of poisioning the waters in Papua. The first time he came to me he asked for a room for himself and his wife.

They stayed at the Lodge for several weeks. They gave me a container to protect until they could get the container to the person that was sick.

It was an antidote. The drow was very concerned that he be able to get this antidote to the person that needed it because he said a man named Thrax had poisoned someone. He confided in me at the time that he had made the poison under threat to himself and his family and that was the reason they had to hide because he had stolen the antidote to cure the man that Thrax had poisoned with the poison that he had created.

His wife on a separate occasion made the same concern for her safety. Also on a separate occasion his daughter came to me for a room and she made the same statement and a sincere concern for her partents and for her own safety from this person named Thrax.

The drow took the antidote from me when he had contacted the person that was ill to get the antidote to him or someone that was close to him. I have seen nothing but sincarity from this man and would trust him with my life should it come to that.
