Proclamation of Alliance The Moonglow Town Council does hereby recognize the Imperial Revenants of the Apocalypse as friend and ally with the following terms and conditions:

1. The IRA will provide troops for aid in battle against the common enemies of both guilds: the Regency and the Kingdom of Stormhaven

2. In exchange, the Moonglow Town Council will provide safe passage and harbor within Verity Isle and all holdings of the Moonglow Town Council.

3. The Council will provide a right to trade within Verity Isle and all holdings of the Moonglow Town Council.

a. Exception if trading, or goods being traded are of an illegal nature.

4. The Council will provide assistance in minor conflicts of the IRA.

a. Exception in times of full war.

5. The Council will back any claims and decisions by the IRA so long as they are within the beliefs and ablities of the Council.
