Article 3 Section 1

The position of Magistrate holds as it powers the enforcement of the Law of the Caina. The Magistrate holds at their discretion the ability to hold trials and enforce the laws of the City as they see fit. A citizen of Caina may petition the Magistrate as to Civil and or Criminal wrongdoings so that a trial maybe held and a ruling issued. The Tribunal has given to the Magistrate the most important power of the office; which is the ability to judge heretics to Oblivion and Entropy. The seizing of heretics is not up to Magistrate however and is left to the armed forces of Caina.

Section 1.1

The position of Emissary holds as it powers to be the direct voice of the Mayor and of the Shadow Conclave. It is the duty of the Emissary to represent Caina at dignitary functions and to establish cordial relations for the city among the other townships of the realm.

Section 1.2


The position of Vice Mayor retains all powers that are held by the Mayor in the absence of that position. With the absence of the Mayor, the Vice-Mayor functions as only the Mayor and not a member of the Permanent Council when pertaining to legislation.

Section 1.3

The position of Merchant Lord holds the power to collect taxes from vendors sold within Caina; also having the power to encourage the economic growth of the city and may do as the office holder see fit to accomplish this goal.


Section 1.4

The position of Master\Mistress of Ceremonies has the power to hold and to administrate events within the City. It is to this end that they give each scheduled event the blessings of the Tribunal and of the Shadow Conclave.


Section 1.5

The position of General of the Militia has jurisdiction over the military defense of the city and is required to report directly to the Mayor in matters of defense. The Mayor retains the right to appoint, dismiss and create other military units and or officers for the state of Caina.
