1. One head of a light dwelling human known throughout the world
2. One leaf of mandrake root
3. Two black pearls
4. Blood
5. One Spider's web
6. A Pentagram
Combine the web, pearl, and root in a mixing bowl. Pour onto the pentagram. Stir the contents with the blood and place the head onto the center of the pentagram. Recite the words Kal Corp Vas....... Kal Corp Vas........ An Wis Vas Por!
It is done. Thou must do this on a dark night and a Lich must be present.
