We, the Rulers of the Realms Infernal, represented by Nubarus the Grand Visier of the Realms Infernal and seconded by Baazur-Kalach The Wounder and Ashfurithuge the Drinker of Foemen's Blood from Fresh-picked Skulls have this day accepted this pact of alliance with Gustavius Hafkopf, who has seen the wisdom in Our ways and given himself over to the furtherance of Our cause, under such terms as follow:
(Writen in Gustavius' hand) 1.Nubarus, you are bound to deliver to me immediately 100,000 gold crowns upon the completion of this pact.
2.You are bound to instruct me in the arts of Magics to the Grand Master level.
3.You are to deliver to me six servants of good health that I may do with as I wish.
4.You are bound to see that every member of my bloodline does my bidding.
In return for these favours, I do swear to deliver to your possession each year seven mortal souls having been removed from their bodies under extreme agony, and that among those there will be both male and female, an infant, a youth, an adult and an elder, and at least one of them will be an adept mage. Furthermore I do renounce the virtues and their teachings. If I fail in these conditions I offer you my immortal soul in forfeit.
