9:09: Governor Monk of Yew reports next. Yew prospers, coffers and trade offers are on the rise, and Yew has produced its first successful batch of wine from the vines since the orcish attack. Governor Monk offers samples of the vintage to the crowd. Governor Monk adds that he personally crushed the grapes by foot. The vintage seems unaffected by the attack of the phylloxera parasite on the vines leading up to the harvest. Governor Monk concludes his report.

(EMPetrichor@gmail.com) The King further asks that the displays for the cities be restricted to 2x3 in size, and that if successful perhaps the next displays could be larger. Governor Craig continues, stating that all is well in Jhelom, trade is good, and the people fare well. The King assures Governor Craig that liberal amounts of fairy dust, provided by the Court Fairy, can be arranged if needed. Governor Craig's report concludes.
9:22: Governor Hagrid reports next for Britain. He states that the Jewel is glorious, and that he will submit his 2x3 display. He continues by saying that his guild, UWF, are offering to share an event with the public at large: a naked dungeon run. The proposal are for there to be first, second, and third place prizes, along with one for the most death robes. The only item allowed would be an item of nightsight. Governor Hagrid reports his intention to send his plans to the royal scribe.
His Majesty states that he has never participated personally in a nude dungeon run, but does hear they are quite the experience. He suggests possibly sending Lord Dupre along on a fact finding mission to confirm. Governor Hagrid continues, an item hidden inside the dungeon would be placed for the participants to find and return outside. The King asks which dungeon will be utilized for the run, and the Governor suggests that it may be Covetous' 5th floor. A bulletin will be placed in Britain square, and a date will be added to the calendar when the event approaches. Governor Hagrid concludes his summary.
9:31: Governor Wiglaf reports for Minoc. He begins by reporting ill tidings: the former governor did pilfer the coffers on his way out. An accurate count is difficult to ascertain, but from what can be discovered, the previous governor may have been embezzling funds from the start. The bulk of the theft happened during the commotion in the mine. The King declares that he will not permit such theft to go unpunished. Governor Monk continues by stating that the funds were taken by packhorse to Vesper and loaded on a ship, and from there the destination is unknown. His Majesty states that he will inform the Royal Guard to offer Governor Wiglaf the resources needed to track down former "Governor" Ziggy and bring him to justice. Governor Wiglaf apologizes for the delay in submitting his display, due to pusuing the matter of the theft. His Majesty responds that any further information that can be shared with the Crown to bring Ziggy to justice would be welcome, and that from this day forth he (Ziggy) is a wanted man in these lands. Governor Wiglaf continues that due to the poor records kept, what was taken and from where remains fuzzy in accounting. Beyond that, Minoc seems well, and the Governor tries to keep the matter closely guarded. He expresses concern that the miners would grow upset if they knew the extent of the larceny. The King requests that at least a reporting of Ziggy's last known whereabouts be reported that it may be included on the wanted signs. Governor Wiglaf concludes.
9:40: Lord Cogniac, Commander of Serpent's Hold, reports. The ongoing international arrow campaign continues to find success, and arrows are down to 70 gold pieces across the land; some places see prices at 60 gold coins or lower. He continues, stating that they have come to an agreement with Nyx, She of the Gauntlet in Dungeon Doom. He promises to continue the campaign, slowly but surely, into the future. As an additional matter, the southern teleporter in downtown Felucca Moonglow remains broken; efforts to reach the Council of Mages regarding a fix have been fruitless thus far. More cases of empty doors have been noted across Felucca. Lord Cogniac is unsure of what campaign of vandalism and theft is afoot, leading to such a condition. He states that some theorize the iron doors are perhaps being melted down and smithed into weaponry, to be used against them. His Majesty expresses the hope that things have not grown so dire in the old lands that they've resorted to recyucling their doors. Lord Cogniac continues, extending an offer for the fortress to be used for future "on the road" council meetings, stating that several locations may be appropriate, including the backup throne room kept in case of invasion or ransacking of Britain. Lord Cogniac concludes his report. His Majesty states that a trip to the Fortress of Courage for a meeting would be welcome.
9:52: His Majesty brings up final points before opening the floor. Firstly, a Governor for Vesper is still lacking. He asks the crowd if any guildmates or trusted friends would like to assume the burden, and to have them step forth. His Majesty states the mosts direct way to get a volunteer would be to ask the scribes to offer the position to a volunteer at the next large gathering of the Royal Guard. Governor Wiglaf suggests the theft of Minoc's funds may have been due to the lack of governance of Vesper, hence its use as an escape route. His Majesty inquires as to whether anyone has seen Governor Nick Carraway of Moonglow; Rizan offers that he may have been spotted some weeks past in that city by the bank.
No other confirmed sightings. His Majesty asks if anyone would like to take the floor- no one accepts the offer, the King concludes the official portion of the meeting at 10pm. His Majesty asks if any cities would like to volunteer for the next meeting to be held there, and Governor Craig proposes Serpent's Hold. Governor Hagrid seconds. The King states the next meeting will begin in the Governor's Meeting Hall in Castle Blackthorn, then proceed to Serpent's Hold.
