Title: Notes
Author: Tarra Edels
The bulk of this book seems to be a mixture of scribbles, notes, and rants of a bored butchers daughter. The passages seem slightly sadistic and focused on the sounds certain animals make before her father Leroy bleeds them out for butchering. The passages, drawings go on and on, mixed with occasional notes on the business side of the butchering business. You seem to think that this book was intended to be a ledger book and the author was supposed to be a sort of clerk, but didnt do much but write about her own thoughts instead of doing her job.
Two Passages stick out to you as you page through the book.
"Father caught me
chewing on raw meat
again, tells me I can get
sick. Who cares. It
tastes good, the texture
feels good between my
teeth. Chewy and the
taste stays for a long
time. Its not like there
is a shortage of raw
meat around here, we
always have too much.
The stuff sits here and
rots sometimes."
"I found a secret place. I
feel safe there. Woods
to the east there are
whole catacombs and
secret chambers. You
could get lost down
there, or hide something
if you wanted to. No one
would ever find it. The
undead there are not
much of anything. but the
tombs there look like
ancient kings or
something. No gold though.
I checked. Im never going
to get out of this
damned bloody shop."
