The Legion of the Damned is a new Sect within the Order of the Ebon Skull that encompasses the forces of Darkness that do not readily fall under the existing strict Hierarchies of the Skull. Those that find their way into the Legion of the Damned are of a varied lot with daemons, dark magi, mad scientists, technomancers, werewolves, witches, orcs and dark elves just to name a few. Whereas they did not fit into the regimented ranks of Necromancers, Clergy, Death Knights, Vampires and Wraiths; their brand of evil and their methods of serving the ways of Oblivion and spreading the cause of Evil and Darkness have merit that must not be overlooked.

Through their vast diversity comes strength, which has been recognized and utilized by those of the Ebon Council. Through their myriad ways come countless methods to thwart those of the Light and to spread the Skull's calling like a malignant cancer, eating through the heart of Sosaria. They are the Legion of the Damned and woe to any who fall underneath their relentless marching as they bear the banner of Darkness and Death onto the battlefield between Good and Evil.

Those Lost Souls that heed the calling of Oblivion begin their journey by contacting the Lord of the Damned. Once the Lord of the Damned deems these entities as useful, they are placed amongst the other Slaves of the Order until the time they have proven their worth to their Master and the rest of the Ebon Council.

Recently the Legion of the Damned has taken within it a Cult of entities from the Underdark, the Dalharen d'lil Har'oloth. These malicious entities serve the forces of Darkness without fail and have proven to be useful allies in the war against the Light bearers.

Another force of great, if deceiving, usefulness has been discovered within the ancient mountain ranges of Ilshenar and brought back to the frozen wastes of Caina. A clan of goblins with a peculiar talent for utilizing their own blood for dangerous poison has been adopted by the Lord of the Damned into the service of the Skull. The Green Bluud Goblin Clan, though misleading in their stature and demeanor, are a most vicious weapon indeed.
