Fogwood Village Stable on Atlantic Last visited by Zerver - Nov 21 98
The Fogwood Village Stable sits right behind the Serpent Cross Tavern. It is always unlocked, and has a NPC Tamer so you can "Stable" your animals at any time without having to run back into a big city.
I am sure it still costs you money (30gp each time I think).
They stable recently got a lot of decorations added, including a new sign, hay bales, saddles etc.
