Sal-Veya, formerly of Moonglow Town Council, was head of the Corps of Mages (the militant wing of the mages). Was in charge of recruiting, organising and indeed training newcomers.
In recent months the lack of action in the upper echelons of MTC has proven frustrating and Sal has left.
Several years before his post at MTC, he applied to the Order of the Ebonskull, and requested to be trained in Necromancy.
He was unsuccessful in his application.
His interest in the black arts often caused problems in Moonglow, and it seems now that he returns to the fold.
He claims to have given up his light - bringing ways and wants to join OES as he first wished.
His mental stability is not that high, and he has been seen speaking in a strange tongue, named "dewdish" by some.
an argument with Nexus Graveheart has fired up several times in the past, and may do so again. This is all that is known at present.
