Thrawn: first, I'd like to weleomc the representatives from OES and Clan Moor Thrawn: a lot of changes will be coming soon, and there is much to discuss

Thrawn: the first thing I would like to discuss is this war against OES Thrawn: and their allies Thrawn: it seems some breakdowns of communications and what "rules" exist
