of the Emissary to 
represent Caina at 
dignitary functions 
and to establish cordial

Merchant Lord holds 
the power to collect 
taxes from vendors 
sold within Caina; also 
having the power to

economic growth of

Ceremonies has the 
power to hold and to 
administrate events 
within the City. It is to

General of the Militia 
has jurisdiction over 
the military defense 
of the city and is 
required to report
