High Praise
< Validus with his mask on seven days after his birth pointing towards his mother
The end of April marked the birth of Isk’s fourth child, Validus. Many prayed for a safe delivery as the child was many weeks overdue. Magincians poured milk into bowls and left them on their front steps as an offering to Antonius, the Humanis Saint of Protection so that the safety of Validus and Angelique would be assured. Alizia, the former member of Humanis and wife of the now deceased Mark Randerstill helped in the delivery. Her expert handling of the situation resulted in an exceptional delivery.

Validus is born, all rejoice!

In reaction to the successful birth the Hand of Humanis and Isk’s family sent out gifts to their friends and benefited from kind words and the blessings of the people.

Special mention goes to Lord Kotare II, Duke of Yew, who having received his gifts blessed the child with the kindest words by means of a letter.

Tai and the council of Zento received an elaborate gift and held a celebration in honor of Validus at the community’s tavern. The festivities were so touching that the bond made between Magincia and Zento is likely to never be broken.

Lastly Mia and the paladin council deserve special honors for accepting their gift and blessing the newborn. Mia deserves much praise for acting as the spear point of the Regency during the recent battle for Britain.
Within the Hand of Humanis special mention goes to the new recruits  Adin Blackwind, Selene,  Florence Gipping and Stephen.
