Ophidian Invasions!

After two weeks of skirmishes the vile Ophidians have begun to invade many of the land’s cities. Vesper and Papua are under continuous attack while the city of Serpent’s Hold and Skara Brae are still suffering from snake man incursions. The dreaded enforcers and matriarchs lead the cold bloods into the fray as heroes and villains clash for control over the cities.

Before the attacks escalated into open war, in the month of July the Lady Regent Lia L had called together the Loyalists and allies for a crushing blow against the Ophidian base near Papua. To her surprise a vast group of fighters was amassed and together they rushed the dread lands of the Ophidians. Green venom and blood spilled from the vicious beasts as the swords of the Regency, House Gauntlet and various allies and neutrals who picked up the call cleaved into the enemy. By the time Lord Thrax arrived it is said that he walked the area unharmed as there were no monsters left alive to assail him. Covered in the goo of the enemy the group left the land of the Ophidians having dealt a significant blow. Only a few days after this the Ophidian attacks escalated in Vesper and Papua, both cities close to the Regency. This caused Lady Lia to call for another attack on the Ophidian base. While the light bringers attacked the Ophidians near Papua the Lady Mia gathered loyalists to fight the cold bloods in Vesper.

Legions of snake men are attacking the lands. From Shamen to Enforcers and Matriarchs the cold bloods are giving the Regency a good fight.

Lady Mal brought to the Regency’s attention that the Ophidians may be searching for something that was stolen from them. This fact has been collaborated by recent news. A letter was found upon the corpse of an ophidian which stated that the cold bloods were searching for a thief. No one knows what has been stolen but it hardly matters at this point. Citizens have been killed and the fires of retribution are already lit.

On July 25th what is thought to be an ophidian spawn rushed the Regency meeting shouting threats. It vowed revenge against the cities for its fallen companions and slithered the Lady Regent’s table. The guards rushed the snake but it was Isk’s weapon that brought it down showing the cold bloods that the chamber of Loyalty is no place for evil.
