Penny had sat at her desk, after reading the invitation to the wedding this coming eve, she could not help but to feel hope fill her heart. Her thoughts drift to her beloved James which only added to her hopefulness. She lightly touched the contract she had drawn up and smiles. She then took out a parchment and quill and began to write.

Dear Lord Norture,

I want to apologize for what I feel is my lack of duty in regards to our two cities. I have let my personal life overrule my duty and have therefore lacked in the latter. I have sent messages often to you via a thirdperson, which is not only professional but respectful. For this I sincerest apologizes. So I am now doing what I should have done a few weeks back. I am personally sending you a missive. I would like to set up a meeting at your earliest convience to look upon a contract I have drafted between our two cities. Also in discussion of another matter. Please send word so that we may meet again.

She then sent out the missive and smiled. She then proceeded to go hunting for a wedding gift for the soon to be newlyweds.
