OH what a joyous night it was last eve. To enter and walk through Zento and see the poeple standing around as if nothing would happen.Tai Kwan Leap standing at the bank with his three small children. The man is brazen I shall give him that. To know that a threat has been made against him and his entire family and yet have only one guard with him. A man of his intelligence can defanatly be very stupid at times. Quietly I moved around the bank and headed for the Trade Ministers building. From there on the roof I can see all that goes on in the city without being seen. Though I have no one to hide from no one in this city can hurt me. Then I saw Tai and the children decide to go for a walk thinking all was fine. By then his lovely wife Rryn had shown up and was talking with the guard. I doubt either of them saw Tai and the children walk off.I ran back down stairs and headed out the back door only to find Tai and the children just coming around the corner.

Quckly I approached and yelled out TAI
he responded with a quiet I am he
you are a dead man Tai , you left by yourself no one to help you or your children

Drawing out my sword I quickly attacked him . After a few blows he stumbled to the ground his helmet covering his eyes. I proceeded to rip it off .

as i turned and looked at the children I drove my sword into the chest of the one nearest to me

These were not his children only meer sheep dressed as his children. As I turned to get out of the city I drove my blade deep into this mans shoulder and left it as I saw 15 guards approaching from all sides. Quickly I dove behind the nearest build and fetching up my horse I left the area. Tai is a formidable opponant, his death will be one I savor.


I rode quickly to the front of town and dismounted. While the guards were busy at the north end I could sneak back into the south side and get into the blacksmith stand and watch what happened next.

After a few minutes the Tai impersonator was helped back to the bank my shadow iron longsword still protruding from his chest. Rryn then looked at this man who I over heard them calling Hugh-san. Everyone is a damn san in this city. Once I have completed my mission I shall reduce this place to ashes and there will be no more sans. She said something to the guards standing about and then left with the man. I will not so easily be fooled . If Tai wishes to play games then he shall pay for this.

Quickly remounting my horse I headed off for Malas to see if he was at home. Welllll....... low and behold his lovely wife Rryn ... and only one guard watching the door as they entered . This shall be more fun then I thought. Sneaking up behind the guard I drive my blade through the back of his neck and out his throat, the guard dropped . The blood flowed down the hilt and across my hand . I proceeded quickly inside . Rryn and Hugh-san had moved to the upstairs far room , jumping on the teleported I moved to the upstairs and in the far room, Rryn turned just as I hit her with the bloody hilt of the blade knocking her unconscious. I picked up her limp body and threw her over my shoulder. I took her back down stairs and tied her wrists and legs aound the girth of my mount and back upstairs I went. I grabbed up Hugh-san and as I threw him over my shoulder the bloody sword fell from the scabbard and landed on the floor next to the bed.
Ahh they'll know I was here if I leave this , what better way for Tai to know who has his wife and this other man

Throwing the man over the back of the horse I rode off. the guard still lieing face down in his puddle of blood, I could do nothing but laugh and the bloody corpse.

If Tai wants to play games then a game he shall get and he will have to pay to play

Off to the ruins on that far Malas island I call home we rode. Once there I tossed the two from my horse and tied them back to back in the middle of the room. I grabbed a quill and some parchment and wrote out a ransom note

I have your wife and this other man if you wish to ever see them again you will pay the messenger a sum of 100,000 gold pieces . After receival he will then tell you where to find them. If the messenger is not back here in ten minutes I will kill them.

Walking out to the road i waved down the first man I saw.
You sir , what is your name I asked

You will have 10 minutes to collect a check from him and return here with it, otherwise I will kill his wife and the other man , then I will hunt you down and kill you and all of your family

I will return in ten minutes with or without the check just so I might live and you will not hurt my family replied Anton

I walked back to the ruins and waited . About 7 minutes later Anton returned with check in hand.
Here sir I have done as you asked , am I and my family safe from you sir? he asked hesitently

Yes, I am a man of my word and no one will hurt you or them i replied

Now I shall go back to Zento and watch what he does, upon arrival in Zento no one was to be found the bank was barren , the city looked to be a wasteland . Back to Malas and my new home.

Today is a new day what trouble shall I start . More bloodshed would be a good thing.

Tatiana had been a bit troubled by recent events and had started to fear for Grigori's safety. She decided to go seek out Mr. Tai in Zento and talk things over with him.
As she arrived in Zento, there was a man there on a horse talking to Mr. Tai. Mr Tai seemed in a great haste. She started to wait patiently, when she over heard them talking about Miss Rryn and Mr. Hugh being kidnapped. KIDNAPPED!! She could not believe it. This man was here to collect a ransom for their safety. He was here to deliver it to the same person who wrote the poster. Tatiana shivered as she saw the intensity in Mr. Tai's eyes. That was when she noticed the two swords one of his guards was holding. The workmanship looked very familiar. She hesitated a moment but decided to step forward and ask to see the swords. Mr. Tai looked a bit puzzled but had the swords handed to her. Tatiana grasped the sword with sure hands and examined the workmanship. Then she spied the makers sigil, but not his mark. This puzzled her and she spoke up to Mr. Tai.
"Mr. Tai, I know the man who leaves this sigil here, this sword looking thing. He is a member of the United Blacksmiths. I think I know where he might be if you want me to go look."
Mr. Tai agreed she should go look and had her take a warrior with her. Tatiana opened a magical gate and stepped through. She stood on the bustling streets of Haven. She made her way through the crowds towards the smithy. There he was, Lord Darkwing.
Hesitating again, for she was not used to muddling in such things, Tatiana approached Lord Darkwing and showed him the odd swords. He acknowledged that he had made them and even remembered the man who requested them. Tatiana asked him to come back to Zento as she was sure that Mr. Tai would want to get a description.
Opening a gate again, Tatiana, Lord Darkwing and the warrior stepped back through to Zento. Mr. Tai was still there and assured Tatiana that Miss Rryn and Mr. Hugh were safe and at the Garden. Feeling much relieved, Tatiana introduced Lord Darkwing to Mr. Tai. At this point, she stepped back so as not to get in the way but happened to overhear the description Lord Darkwing gave of the man who wished the blades so marked. It was the same man that Summer had described to her.

Troubled, Tatiana took Grigori and headed to Luna to speak to the merchants. Sometimes she thought better when she was striking hammer to anvil, or completing a complicated sewing pattern. As she approached the merchants' area she saw the man who had been described by Summer.
Tatiana hurried over and told him that Mr. Tai and the rest of Zento were going to be hunting for him to arrest him. She told him of the attacks and the posters and descriptions and all. She, also, recalled Mr. Tai saying it could be someone in disguise. As Tatiana spoke to him, she mentioned this fact. He just seemed to nod at all she said and then went about his business. Tatiana stared after him perplexed. She supposed that leaders would sort this all out. It was very disturbing, all this violence. She shivered and held her son closer.
"Grigori, I am going to have to see if Mr. Tai can teach you a few things to stay safe." With that decision made she hurried on about her own business.
