The road, such dust and grim memories bring me slowly back to the sanctum. The old trails nearly forgotten to the nature that now grows and the air some what stale to my own rememberance. My Uncle, Ashford Yendorin, ailed from the long return journey and myself still on Serento, my loyal steed have finally returned to the region near the Shrine of Compassion.

It has been a long year away...so much counsel, and even plenty more of blood shed then I expected. The letter received a year and months ago came at a hard time in the changes of these Northwestern lands, but one in which I could not ignore. Sir Thomas Atlantean, the lost son of a former King sought me out through a letter and in return due to events that had led to his father's death I travelled to explain the last days.

The news broke hard for him, but after his invitation to train and lead his guild I felt it was my duty as the news I carried and the loyalties that my father once held for Sir Thomas Atlantean's father to serve. Though a year long service slowly made me recognize those in which I trained and those that left these lands far youngerthen they should have.

So with great regret for my services I resigned and have journeyed back to the home I had started for the Sanctum of the Warriors amongst the lands. Uncle Ashford is near to his last breathe and our return has come at a time in which will provide him warmth if this is his last days. Though as we reach the long grass and the wooden home that the vines have carried across for a good many months I noticed a silence through out my neighbors.

As I creaked the door opened and comfortly placed my Uncle inside I immediately ran across the way to an old friend...Kain Elderan. To my surprise no one answered and the inside looked dry for many months now? Questions roamed, and left them in the back of my mind for I knew it had been a very long time since the last I viewed these lands.

So for the next few weeks much work is in place to clear the long overgrown nature and balance the evil that lurks from the silence of domestication in the region. New doors, repair to the first floor walls, and recounting the belongings I left behind is in order. For I have returned, and will research that in which in gossip I have lacked in knowledge for the past year.
