The Regency will watch over your homeland from this day forth. You shall not feel its presence, since the Regency does not wish to rule over you in any way. But they shall provide any protection, shall you be in need.

"So the man who failed to kill me thinks he holds power? Hah! Why he couldn't even rescue... or protect, his wife! This is a grand sight." A chortling laugh errupted from his lungs. At this moments a slight, barely audible whisper crossed his lips: "We shall see how safe Moonglow truely is, eh?"

The twisted smile that hung over his mouth remained, glued there, as he continued along his way.

In the southwest portion of the verdant Verity Isle stands a long dormant Moonglow Town Council Headquarters overlooking the Bay of Sorrows. Long grained wheat on the farmland before the looming white stone building sways in the coastal winds. Above, behind the half-lit stained glass windows depicting all manner of glorious battles conducted in the name of Moonglow, an old wizard stirred.
