"Let it be known that the Magistrate of Papua, Alicia, has increased the bounty on the fugitive and criminal known simply as,

ERIC THE BEGGAR


from the former 100,000 gold to 200,000.

Eric may go by a false name, but he is known to be hiding out in Britain.

Eric is of medium height, slim build, dark skin (he is a native Papuan), brown eyes and thick, sandy brown, curly hair.

He must be held in custody until the Magistrate or the Emissary, Skurj, shall verify his identity and assume charge of him.

He is wanted for questioning in the poisoning of Papua's drinking water and other nefarious crimes relative to that, including murder.
