William is in the inn on East side Britian after meeting his Co Commander in Zento. News came that Thrax has found a cure and is in power of Papua. William writes a letter to Thrax.



Dear Thrax

Hello Thrax I have heard that you became in power of Papua well assist the people. I also heard that you found a cure, I am sorry that we weren't able to get one for you to help the people for the harpers didnt respond to me when I called. We are trying to look for Eric in Britian which is why im still here. Well I was wondering if we can talk more on trade between Jhelom and Papua, you all may need some fish or perhaps some of Jheloms favorite mercs or training in parry?

Lord William,

My son spoke of your meeting with him. I am pleased all went well.

The townsfolk and guildmasters of Papua besought me to lead them, in light of my extensive efforts to save their town. After much deliberation, and hesitation, as I am not a native of the town, I have agreed to the appointment. In a private ceremony they conferred upon me the title of Archon of Papua. I have made Lady Alicia Magistrate, and my son our first Emissary. I will rule for the benefit of all. Papua will again flourish as a center of trade and tourism.

Once I have made a careful analysis of our resources, I will send word concerning a possible trade agreement. My Emissary will present to you a draft of a viable and mutually beneficial agreement when all is ready. I am certain both Jhelom and Papua could profit well from such a venture.
