Claudette enjoyed her walk around Tokuno Island with Lord Flair and entered her house feeling happy and relaxed. He had taken her to see some beautiful places in Zento and their walk had helped her to relax a bit. She allowed her body to rest as they talked near a beautiful waterfall and she felt, if only for a brief moment, as if she didn't have a care in the world.

She decided to write a note to thank him again for a wonderful night. She took out a piece of parchment and wrote the following:

Dear Flair,

Thank you again for a lovely evening! I had a wonderful time seeing your garden and very much enjoyed our conversation by the water. It was a very relaxing evening and I was in much need of it. Although I still have lots of concerns regarding the guild and my cousin, it was nice to escape reality for a while and explore other topics of conversation.

I'm sure I will return to that waterfall often for it is a beautiful place! I'm afraid the city of Vesper and its surrounding forests do not provide the same relaxing atmosphere. I hope this note finds you well and that I may bump into you again soon.

Claudette then sealed the letter and gave it to one of Vesper’s finest messengers along with some gold coins to insure its swift delivery.

Lord Flair was sitting in his garden having his tea with his sister Toric when the messenger arrived with the letter. He told the man to wait for a reply and offered him some refreshments. He went downstairs to his desk to write out a reply.

My dear Claudette,

I am so very glad that you had a wonderful evening at the falls last night. I had hoped that you would enjoy that place as much as I do and I look forward to another time when we might be able to. It has given me pleasent thoughts to know how happy it made you. With everything going on everyone needs a ray of sunshine in an ourwise cloudy day, so I am glad i could help. Although my duties keep me busy I will look forward to hopefully seeing you again and I hope that your cousin is well.

Please take care of yourself and if you ned anything know that I am always available.

He takes the letter and securely roles it up sealing it with wax and pressing into it the symbol of his new office. With pleasent thoughts in his head of the night before he hands the letter to the man with a few extra coins and tells him to godspead.

He returns upstairs to his tea and sister and starts to tell her of the wonderful evening and the wonderful girl he spent it with.
