Dearest people of Sosaria,

Walking home after vigorous training all day, Evo noticed some noble folk outside Skara Brae discussing a post on the public boards. Glancing over the bulletin a few moments he caught a glimpse of the Order of The ebon Skull declaring a new territory theirs.
"Heartwood, hmm, I that name sounds so familiar."
Mumbling to himself he was trying to recall where the name had been thrown around before. Hastely walking back to his house outsdie Skara it dawned on him that most of his great ancestors had passed down stories of a land where the Elves had once lived in peace, he recalled the names Moonwood and Ironwood, but Heartwood didnt seem to spark any memories in him.
Upon reaching his small tower he began shuffling through ancient tomes marked with all sorts of runes, all written in Elvish, things that no human in Sosaria could begin to comprehend. He commanded one to summon itself to his study and it opened itself upong his desk. He commanded a globe in the corner to illuminate and he began thumbing through the pages.
"Oh my, I wonder if the Skull heads found it. This is a dream come true."
Amazed by what he found he sat back in his seat, before him lay a map of Heartwood, Capital of the Elven empire. He wrote a letter and stamped it with his old signature with his formal Elven name, Evoroth, and sat it to the side to be delivered to the Elvish rangers of Skara. He glanced back at the map.
"At last i will find out about the Arcmage legacy, at last i will find out about the magic that consumed my father Elfrot. At last, I will be reunited with my brethren and Good will once again flourish in the lands and Evil will be crushed on all facets and all shards."
He stood up and picked up the letter preparing to hand deliver it himself when it hit him, "Does OES really think they are going to overpower the Elves, ha, perhaps they can push humans around and gain small victories in Sanctus and Umbra, perhaps its time I made another visit to they're temple and remind them what one elf did to there forces, let alone armies of elves. I just hope there are still armies that remain there."
He sat back down and began addressing letters to all of his former allies and friends who he made contact with in Legion of Justice. Molly Willow, of the House of the Gauntlet, Maximillian of the Adventurers League of Vesper, and Steel of the Royal Brittanian Navy. War was at hand, he knew it. It was what he wanted since Bailos proclaimed sanctus as his, and now those undead mutants thought they would take Evo's Homeland.

Once again sitting back deep into his seat, he commanded the globe to extinguish itself and then began to meditate. After a few moments he opened his eyes which were now glowing a fiery red as the new magical powers he harnessed flowed through them. He raised his right hand and began snapping his fingers making blue, red and green flames appear and disappear at his command.

"Last time I showed them Elven skill with a blade, this time Ill bring casting abilites no human, or skullhead could ever match."

He stood up, grabbed the bunch of letters and tucked them into a secret pocket in his surcoat and began his voyage to skara to inform others of his kind. As he walked out of the front door of his tower he whispered a few words of power and the tome in his study shut itself and returned itself to the shelf where it first dwelled. What a mistake OES made this day.
