Greetings Tai Kwan Leap,


You may not know me or even had heard of me but I have heard from you. I have heard you are one of the leaders of what is called the Sleeping Dragon Council? If so I wish to ask permission to enter Zento and search the city for an artifact stolen from our Order. I hope there shall be no problem in granting this request. I and my men shall obey the laws of your city while we are there and shall show respect where it is do. We only wish to recover what is ours if it is located there. I shall await your council decisions on this matter. Please inform us as soon as possible on this matter. Time is of great importance in this matter.
