William comes out of his office with his Co-Commander and some of his Lion Guards. They enter at the top of the dueling pit while the people stand inside to listen what he has to say.

People of Valoria, you may have heard of this through rumors or such, but we are at war. We are at war with the evil ZOG CABAL for their acts against the government of Valoria. This is an act that can not be tolerated, no body will bully our nation or our citizens. We will start mobilizing as soon as possible, there may be battles right here in the city but I know you all are prepared for this is what you trained for. We will not stop this war until Cear Dallben is captured or killed. This is a strike against evil, let this lead the way to the Kingdom of Light. This is a battle of not only the people of Valoria but a battle among the Lord of Light. We will not lose this war, we REFUSE TO LOSE THIS WAR. The crowd claps and cheers. We will show what Valorians are made out of, we will show what the Lion Knights are made of, we will show what the light is made of, WE WILL SHOW WHAT THE LORD IS MADE OUT OF.Crowd cheers again and says hail William William raises his war scepter and says Let this guide us to victory, let the lord make his judgement whether it be me or them that may perish, let it be done I know I will have my time to pass and then ressurect when the Kingdom of Light will raise. Let the people of Valoria get justice and valor from you all mighty god. The crowd yells HAIL WILLIAM until he leaves back in his office.
