The Constitution of Valoria


For this is not a ruling authority but guidance to the people that were here before us. This is order for the Lords city of Valor.

Government Type
We will proceed in being a Militicracy because that is what Valor is and that 's what Jhelom is known for. A Militcracy is when the head of state is high command of the military. Cheif Commander is the most high, then Co Commander, and captins then ordinary soldiers.

The Board of Jhelom
The Board of Jhelom is the council of Valoria. They consist of all who are in the Valorian government. Since we are a militcracy all soldiers must be in the board of Jhelom until we get bigger to have just a Board. The Board will pass laws that will go to the Chief for him to decide and put into the law book. The Board can also declare war, so can the Cheif but if it is voted down then no war can be started. The Board also advises Cheif and Co Commander. The Co Commander is the top Board member. The Board can aslo serve as a Judhe during trail if emisarry status.

The Lion Guard
The Lion Guard is an organization that protects the Cheif and Co Commander. They also run investigations that threaten Valoria or Cheif and Co Commander. The Lion Guard is also the Police of Valoria.

The Trade Ministry of Valoria
The trade ministry is a branch that focuses on trade with other cities and nations. The Trade Ministry is run by the Trade Minister.

The Eleven Codes
1. No Killing

2. No stealing

3. No hate crimes because of gender or race.

4. No known hate because of gender or race.

5. No worshipping other Gods besides the Lord of Light

6. No Idols as Gods

7. No useing Cheifs or Lords name in vain

8. Honor Elders and the Valorian Government

9. No lieing

10. No loyalty to any other leader besides the leader of Valoria

11. No other leader as leader besides the leader of Valoria

The Punishments

1. If you kill then you will be killed the same way

2. If you steal then all belongings you own will be seized by the government.

3. If you commit a hate crime then the person you committed a hate crime to will own everything you own.

4. If you have known hate then you will do community service for the race or gender you hate

5. If you worship other Gods then you will be exiled

6. If you have an Idol as a God then you will be exiled

7. If you use the Lords or Cheifs name in vain then you will serve community service.

8. If you do not honor elders or the Government then you will do community service

9. If you lie then you will be blackballed by the government which means no justice or help until forgiveness

10. If you are loyal to another leader then you will be exiled

11. If you have a leader besides the leader of Valoria then you will be exiled.

The Passage of Rights
1. You have a right to remain silent until trail

2. You have a right to be read your rights

3. You have a right not to be discriminated

4. You have a right to be educated

5. You have a right to train in the pits

6. You have a right to live anywhere in Valoria except the Shrine of Valor

7. You have a right to attend any meetings except Executive meetings

8. You have a right to state your opinion if it follows the eleven codes

9. You have a right to work anyhwere you want

10. You have the right to travel where ever and come back

11.You have a right to a fair trail

12. You have a right to resonable treatment in Jail

13. You have a right to be treated

14. You have a right to defend yourself and family

15. You have right to bear arms when not in governemnt meetings

16. You have a right to see anyone in the Valorian Government as you wish.
