William enters Umbra to see if any corrupt skull is in town, to let all of the city know what has happened. William begins to speak

Bailos, Bailos if you hear me let this voice be the first ring in your hear before your destruction from the light. Let the snowy color of my attire be the light that comes to you that your destruction will come. I have taken responsibility of Jhelom I know you know because I have gotten your letter. Your friends on the Valor will no longer listen to your orders of the City of the Lord, no longer will the people be abandoned, no longer will the people of light listen to your dictatorship. Leave Sanctus Bailos peacefully your end may not come soon but in time it will. The hourglass is against you what will you do in your last years Bailos.

After William has said what he had to he leaves back to Jhelom.

Bailos, on the second floor of Mardoth's tower attending to affairs of state, hears William's delerious shouting.

An attendant standing nearby begs the question, "Umm, sir, what is he talking about?". Bailos simply replies, "I told you that nutcase that speaks in tongues would be here. When I can understand what he is trying to say, I will fill you in"

Both men shrugged and went back to their work.

Skurj, hidden in the shadows, watches as a man in white strolls about in Umbra invoking the name of his god against Bailos and the Order of the Ebon Skull. He assumes his were-form, that of an overly-large sewer rat and begins chasing the man, nipping at his heels, squeaking ferociously. The man does not seem to notice. Skurj makes a quick exit and assumes human shape once more. Absorbed in himself, the man leaves, apparently oblivious to everything that transpired. "I have been to Umbra many times, and dungeons dark, but that is the scariest thing I have ever seen in my life," he muttered.
