One eve, after receiving a pigeon from Liam, Lily mounted her ethereal steed. She had received word that her guild mates would be meeting up at the shrine to go on a hunt in search of the treasure guarded by the undead dragon. Leaving off from her workshop; Lily arrived at the shine to greet Liam, Prime, Doa, and John Stone. After making sure everyone was well equipped and prepared the group set off. Though they seemed small being only a party of 5 they had big dreams of maybe getting a small piece of the huge treasure the undead dragon was guarding.
After traveling to the large blue gate they stepped through to arrive in Ilshenar at the Sacrifice shrine. From the shrine the group had a short run before they arrived at the ratman village. In the village is where the group found the cave that housed the undead dragon. Stepping inside, they started to slowly scout out the place. Exploring the different areas, leaving no turn unlooked to see what kind of other monsters lurked in the cave. After finding a suitable place to be able to lead the dragon away to the group charged in on the undead dragon.
Finding the dragon to be harder than they group had planned; soon the group ran out to regroup before going a bit slower making sure to be careful. After what seemed like hours though it was a few moments they where able to get the dragon under control. Finally after the five suffered severe wounds they defeat the dragon and the nights that surround him. After defeating the dragon the group is finally able to see their goal, the large mounds of treasure spread all over the floor. After only enough time to gather a very small amount of treasure, the group finds just like most undead the dragon comes back to always haunt the cave to protect the treasure.
The group tries again and again to be able to get more of the treasure but their attempts are in vain for the dragon continues to return no matter how many times they slay him. After finally giving up the quest of vanquishing the undead dragon this night they set off for home with what little treasure they where able to get. They will always hold the sight of the large treasure in their hearts for that in itself is a great reward, knowing that it truly does exist.
